Prime Minister Narendra Modi continued his scathing criticism of the Congress on Wednesday, saying that the party “hates the country’s constitution, hates the identity of India,” and is planning to implement religiously-based reservations and reduce the number of SCs, STs, and OBCs.

Speaking at a rally in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Modi declared that the Congress “wants to snatch your property” and that the party had a secret agenda involving “inheritance tax.”

He claimed that by granting reservations based on religion, Congress was acting in violation of the constitution.

“The countrymen were shocked to learn of a congressional truth that surfaced today. Reservations based on religion are expressly forbidden by our constitution. Even though BR Ambedkar was opposed to this, Congress has adopted a risky resolution and is constantly attempting to deceive the public and further their own agenda. In 2004, the Congress granted religious reservations in Andhra Pradesh. They promised reservations based on religion in their 2009 and 2014 election manifestos. He said, “Congress is getting ready to implement reservations based on religion and to reduce the quota of SC, ST, and OBC.

PM Modi attacked the Congress by citing the LIC slogan.

“‘Congress ki loot, jindagi ke sath bhi loot, jindagi ke baad bhi loot,’ is the mantra of Congress. The nation’s Constitution is despised by Congress. They are working on all the projects that diminish India’s standing because they despise the country’s identity. He claimed that “Pran Pratistha’s” invitation was turned down by the Congress, which claimed that Lord Ram was a fantastical figure.

PM Modi alleged that Congress wants to impose a tax on the inheritance received from parents

Congress has now disclosed additional information. Their covert plan has been exposed. Congress declares that an inheritance tax will be implemented. Congress has declared that it will tax the inheritance that parents leave behind. Congress wants to take away nearly half of the property you have worked so hard to acquire and want to leave for your kids. He claimed that the Congress was ignorant of Indian family values.

“The Congress wants to take over your assets. As their leader says, they will take an x-ray and check what is in your locker and at home. Congress will look everywhere for anything, including jewelry and women’s “mangalsutra,” then take it all and distribute it elsewhere. Congress will take one of your two homes, if you have one in the city and one in the village. Congress has declared that they will only accept one car if you have two. He continued, “They want to give it to their ‘vote bank’ after snatching all these things from you.

Subsequently, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh claimed that the Congress Nyay Patra does not contain the word “redistribution.”

In a post on X, he stated, “It has, however, previously appeared in the BJP’s election manifestos.”

He also denied the assertion made by the Bharatiya Janata Party that the Congress wants to tax inheritances in the nation.

“There are absolutely no plans by Congress to implement an inheritance tax. Rajiv Gandhi actually did away with estate duty in 1985,” he stated.
