CUET UG 2024
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for applications for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2024). Until March 31, 2024, candidates who have not yet registered for the undergraduate entrance exam may do so. The forms need to be submitted by 9:50 p.m. on the last day. The application form deadline was previously set for March 26.
Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar, the chairman of the UGC, made the announcement on X. “Due to requests from candidates and other stakeholders, the online application deadline for the CUET-UG-2024 has been extended to March 31, 2024 (up to 09:50 p.m.). For the most recent updates, please visit https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/.”
The exam will take place in a hybrid format in two or three shifts per day from May 15 to May 31. On June 30, the results will be released.

The Common University Entrance Test (Undergraduate), also known as CUET (UG), was introduced in 2022 and provides a single, unified opportunity for students hoping to gain admission to any of the Central Universities (CUs) or other affiliated institutions, which include state, deemed, and private universities across the country.
The examination for admission to undergraduate programs will be administered in thirteen languages in 380 cities, 26 of which are overseas: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Students are only permitted to choose a maximum of six subjects, as opposed to the previous editions, where candidates could choose up to ten subjects.
