His admirers are excitedly anticipating Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next masterpiece, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. The director threw a star-studded Mumbai premiere prior to its release. A number of Bollywood and television celebrities were present at the web series’ grand premiere. As the A-list celebrities stopped to pose for the cameras on the red carpet, we now have access to some exclusive behind-the-scenes pictures from the event. Unseen images from the screening were posted on Bhansali Productions’ official Instagram account, showing Sanjay Leela Bhansali as the ideal host to his guests.

Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar explores the complex dynamics of Mallikajaan’s domain against the backdrop of British India, as she faces obstacles brought on by the return of her late adversary’s daughter, Fareedan (Sonakshi Sinha). The series, which features Manisha Koirala, Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Segal, and Sanjeeda Shaikh, Fardeen Khan, Shekhar Suman, Adhyayan Suman, and Taha Shah, is produced by Bhansali Productions and Prerna Singh, with the concept credited to Moin Beg. On May 1, Heeramandi will make its debut.
