Mustafizur Rahman's IPL Struggles: Analysis and Fan Reactions

Mustafizur Rahman is really immobile.

Mustafizur Rahman did not play in IPL. Deb Chowdhury’s words are correct. Musta will not be able to make a comeback in life. A brainless bowler is one. The words are not mine; these are the things that are being said about Musta on social media after spending 47 runs with 1 wicket in 4 overs in the Chennai vs. Delhi match. Some say that he can only pitch in Mirpur and Chennai at a slow pitch!

Well, Chennai’s pitch was really slow? I don’t understand how a pitch with hilly runs can be a slow pitch.

A team was waiting to see when Mustafiz Kharuche would bowl and when they would be able to get out of the hole. Then the opportunity came in front of them, and the filth began. Just as you have the ability to praise if you do well, you also have the ability to criticize if you do poorly. So you will troll the players of your country badly? Do dirty? It might be possible because of Bangladesh.

Jadeja and Chahar also gave up 40+ runs in yesterday’s match. But they did not bowl in the death over. If you pay attention, you will see that in the current IPL, all the famous bowlers are taking a hard beating.
Mustafiz was a bit unlucky in yesterday’s match. Several runs were leaked due to the fielding setup. And it can be said that the credit of the batsmen behind the bowling of Khruche was very negligible. Also, if you look at the past, you will see that Mustafizur is comfortable bowling against right-handed batsmen. But yesterday, Fizz had to bowl the whole time against left-handed batsmen. Prithvi bowled only a few balls against Show. If you follow cricket regularly, you know that bowling left-handed bowlers against left-handed batsmen is tough. In that case, Fiz was called unlucky yesterday. He was unlucky throughout except for Pathirana’s catch to Fizz.

I don’t want to take all the blame from him just because he was unlucky. Compared to the first two matches, he was also a bit sloppy. He was repeatedly failing to bowl with the right line and length. Every day of any player in the world will not be equal. It is natural for me to have a bad day. I don’t see any reason to tarnish Fizz’s 1st two match performance with a one day failure.

As a Bangladeshi supporter, it was desirable to look at Fiz in his bad times without trolling him badly. But what did you do? Fizz was cut short in a global tournament. This is by no means desirable from a cricket lover. You deserve to celebrate his achievements only by being by his side in bad times. Learn to respect your country’s players, then their success will cheer you too…
