Why Hardik Pandya shares details about his relationship with Rohit Sharma

Months after being named the Mumbai Indians‘ captain for the forthcoming Indian Premier League, Hardik Pandya finally spoke out about the controversy surrounding Rohit Sharma’s dismissal as MI’s captain. Hardik, who chose to join the Gujarat Titans two years prior, signed a trade deal and went back to MIs.
At a press conference hosted by the Mumbai Indians, Hardik stated he does not anticipate any awkward situations with Rohit.

When questioned about the change in captaincy, Pandya responded, “I just carry on because I am Captain of Team India, which benefits me. What this team has accomplished was made possible by his leadership. He coached me my entire playing career, and I know he will always be at my shoulder.”

He even declared that he will bowl for MI in the TATA IPL 2024, among other things. “I am going to bowl. I acknowledge and honor the fans’ feelings, but there are things I cannot control. He remarked, “I respect them, but I will concentrate on my duties as captain.

After being named the Mumbai Indians captain, Pandya was asked if he had any conversations with Rohit Sharma. He replied that the Hitman has been traveling, so no meaningful conversations have been possible.

“Due to his tour, I have not had much time to speak with Rohit. When he connects with the team, I will undoubtedly catch up,” he declared.
